The Official Community Plan of the Town of Kindersley
Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Kindersley, pursuant to Section 207 of The Planning and Development Act, 2007, intends to consider Bylaw 14-16 to amend Bylaw 03-14, known as the Official Community Plan of the Town of Kindersley.
INTENT
The proposed Bylaw will clarify Subsection 4.2.4(2) – Development Levies and Servicing Fees of the Official Community Plan of the Town of Kindersley.

AFFECTED LAND
The affected lands by the proposed Bylaw Amendment are all the lands within the Town of Kindersley corporate limits.
REASON
The reason for the amendment is to provide clarification regarding the formula calculation utilized to establish related fees.
PUBLIC INSPECTION
The proposed Bylaw may be inspected by any interested person(s) at the Town Administration Office, 106 – 5th Avenue East, between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, except statutory holidays. Copies of the Bylaw and this Notice may be obtained at the Town Administration Office for a fee of one dollar ($1.00).
PUBLIC HEARING
Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 12, 2016 at 7:05pm in the Council Chambers of the Town Administration Office to hear any person or group that wants to comment on the proposed Bylaw. Council will also consider written comments received at the hearing (or delivered to the undersigned at the municipal office before the hearing).
