In a silent ceremony held at 10:00 a.m. this morning, Mayor Rod Perkins along with Chief Administrative Officer Bernie Morton lowered the flags at the Kindersley Administration Office to half-mast in honour of the victims and the injured at the tragic bus crash involving the Humboldt Broncos hockey team on Friday, April 6.

The flags at the Administration Office will be at half-mast until further notice.

Kindersley Council will also be observing a moment of silence at 7:00 p.m. tonight during the Regular Meeting of Council.

A book of condolences will be on display at the Kindersley Administration Office for anyone wishing to write a message to the Humboldt community and families of those affected. The book will be available beginning at noon today.
