The annual Kindersley Community Initiatives Program (KCIP) grant will support the programs and activities of nineteen different community organizations in 2017-18.

A total of $45,154 will be distributed this year in Kindersley through KCIP, which is made possible through Saskatchewan Lotteries funding and is intended to encourage involvement in recreation, culture, and sports activities.

The Town of Kindersley administers the KCIP grant every year at the recommendation of an adjudication committee that evaluates applications and determines the level of funding to be applied.
