A total of $45,151 will be distributed to 18 organizations for the 2018-19 Kindersley Community Initiatives Program (KCIP) grant. The grant is made possible through Saskatchewan Lotteries funding that is issued annually to municipalities on a per capita basis and is intended to encourage involvement in recreation, culture, and sports activities.

Allocation of the funds is based on the recommendation of an adjudication committee that evaluates all applications. A total of 22 applications were received as of the June 22 deadline. The following organizations have been selected to receive funds:
