Airport Manager

Do you have a budding, or a fully mature love for all things aviation? Do you enjoy being outdoors and chatting about aircrafts with everyone around? Even if this doesn’t perfectly describe you, but you take pride in how well you groom your lawn in the summer and your driveway in the winter and have a keen awareness of the safety of all those near you, then you may be the perfect candidate for the Airport Manager position with the Town of Kindersley.


The Airport Manager is responsible to ensure airport is properly maintained in all weather conditions, including the runway, lighting, and landscape. They will work closely with the Director of Transportation and Environment to develop the annual operating and capital budgets. They will be the ambassador and first-point-of-contact for the Town of Kindersley to all those lessees who regularly use our first-class facility and to commercial and recreational visitors.


Some experience in grounds-keeping and facility maintenance is essential. A familiarity with the aeronautical practices is an asset but not a requirement.
