Never lock just the top-tube, it can be used as leverage to try and defeat the lock.

High end bike and lock, unfortunately, lock is only looped to the seat-post which can be easily slipped over the parking meter and saddle.
Aquatic Centre Update – April 21, 2022
The water at the pool will be brown due to hydrant being flushed. We also are having difficulties with our water heater in the building so please know showers will be cold only. Sorry for the inconvenience
